Plus I went to my doctor 2 weeks ago for the results of a blood test and he told me my blood cholesterol level had risen from desirable to too high within 3 short years!

So I have been eating less foods containing animal fats,
-
cutting all fat off meat before cooking,
-
tiny red meat meal once a week,
-
an egg every third day instead of every day,
-
replaced butter with margarine containing plant sterols,
-
cut down on all dairy products,
-
no cheese at all,
-
no yoghurt at all :(,
-
porridge (rolled oats) every day,
-
5 macadamia nuts every day,
-
more nuts and seeds generally,
I've also been making videos about how I am lowering my cholesterol.
