I am just keeping it real!! It is not easy changing your eating habits.  I am noticing that I am more aware of what I am eating and the amount of exercise I am doing.  I have started working out at the gym.  I am paying way more attention to how many calories I am burning.  This is a struggle but I know it will be well worth the battle.  I wish myself and others on this journey the very best.  I am going to weigh in week to week.  I am looking forward to my weigh in on Sunday!!!
