
I have found the workout portion to be easier than to manage my diet. I guess I have been looking at it more as restircting myself instead of changing the range of my foods. Hoestly I love eating a wide range of foods. Food is life and I truley have a love connection with food. So today I am concentrating on really nailing down not only my food prep but also my liquids too. Making some fruit infused water, apple cider vinegar mixes, and labeling my trusty nalgene bottle with time markers of my goals. Im hoping to finally drink 90 oz of fresh water! THIS WILL BE MY WEEK!!
