Ultimate Foods 21 Day Challenge

I just wanted to log my first day of the 21 Day Challenge that I am trying with Ultimate Foods! I am very excited as this year quite a few of my goals revolve around me getting in shape. Soon I will be starting a new job in a new location that requires me to be physically fit.

Ultimate foods is an option for busy people who may not have the time or discipline to cook healthier meals. Personally, I have realized that my dedication is 100% in the gym and poorly lacking in the kitchen, so I wanted to try something new and more convienent for me.

Surprisingly the food tastes good. I ordered the full meal plan that included breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks (5 meals). At first I was apprehensive of getting the small meals thinking it wouldn't be enough food, but the health coach advised me that I can try out the small meals for a week and then upgrade to regular next week. The only difference is the amount of protien 3oz vs 5oz.
