You know, it's been a month since the last time I drank. I feel incredible since I haven't been drinking. Like I can push harder in my workouts and because of that I'm finally starting to see progress. My legs are getting defined, I feel muscles in my arms, and my beer gut is getting a little bit smaller. Like I don't look pregnant all the time! And my face is slimming down! I know the scale isn't moving much, but I feel awesome anyway!
