So I've had lactose intolerance for a decade now (thanks to the birth of my daughter). But recently it has gotten significantly worse. So I'm seeing a GI specialist and dietician to try and get me through. I did some research and have decided to also cut out wheat, rye, barley, caffeine and other stimulants. I hope it helps not only with the discomfort but also the bulge and can contribute to weight loss.
