Wow!! YOU GUYS!! It has been SIX days since I began my weight loss journey on DietBet, and I am super excited about the progress that I have made thus far. I have lost 11 pounds already. How did I do it, you ask? I STOPPED DRINKING POPĀ and have adopted a LOW CARB way of eating (KETO). It is still a bit of a daily struggle to not go grab a pepsi from the gas station, and I am TIRED of reading labels, but I am also happy to say that when there are tons of carb-y delicious options to eat, I put it down and reach for something else. I am looking forward to see where this takes me, and anxious to fit into a size something-teen again! GIT AT IT!!
