What goes in, comes out right? I’m sure you’ve heard that before.
 
What about “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired”
 
Why do we feel like we’re constantly tired, no matter how much sleep we get, or how hard we exercise. It feels like a cycle we can’t get out of.
 
Our body is our #1 fuel source, and what we put in it, is what we’re going to get out of it. Are we adding junk to our body to use as fuel, or are we using healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and proteins to fuel our body?
 
Imagine having an apple and a donut. You had to choose only 1 of them to feed you all day long. Which would get you further?!
 
One thing to ask yourself just before putting that delicious looking brownie in your mouth, “What will this food do for my body?” and “How am I going to feel 15 minutes after eating this?”
 
Odds are you’ll want to start thinking twice about what goes in!
