Hey Yall!

So I don't expect anybody to ever read this, which is why it will probably always look a little bare-bones, but I decided perhaps this might be the forum for my daily food diary which could Actually keep me on track! As a disclaimer, I will be putting in times because I work 13 hour shifts overnight as an RN, 3-4 nights per week.

 

Sunday, October 15th 2017:

  • package of lornadoons ~midnight
  • chicken caesar salad minus the dressing -2am
  • pitcher of water -2am
  • Zone cookie dough bar -530 am after waking up
