I went to Hawaii last year and I haven't been able to take this extra weight off from vacationing. My mind set has been "oh well, I'll go on a diet tomorrow". I just fell off the wagon if that’s better understanding. It's a funny thing because I don't like to be restricted on what foods to eat, but I'm good at following hardcore "rules". So this program works for me.

The last couple of times with my Whole30s I had huge success and felt great. My blood pressure was better, sleep was better and I knew I was eating to survive not because I was bored.
