I leave for India Thursday. I have no idea what to eat there to stay on track. Im advised to only eat cooked food. (Hepatitis on raw food?)
I will spend a few days at the end of my trip in Nepal. Again no idea what to eat to lose weight.
My plan for now is to just eat less and avoid heavy carbs. I doubt myfitnesspal will be very useful there for calorie tracking.
If anyone has advice, please let me know.

Losing weight while on vacation has never been easy but its happened before due to tons of walking. Considering the heat and humidity in India, I dont know how much walking will happen on this tour.
