I cant believe how little I have eaten.
Too busy speaking with a girl friend today.
8.30am - Matzos, mayo and meat slice for breakfast
1pm - 100g carrots and 50g of sour cream & chive dip
4 hours with a dear friend (chatting) as u do :-)
5.30pm - jacket potato, (no skin)
looks like I'll be eating some fruit later,
1 - so I can fill up my belly and
2 - so I dont overeat and then cant sleep tonight
However, by 9.30pm my stomach was growling
So I demolished 1 orange, 1 biscuit, 6 matzos with sour cream and chive dip and 2 chunky strips of beef
But what I have also managed to do for the first time is to drink 3 half lites of plain water. :-)
