I decided to write this because I get a lot of questions about my choices that I follow to lose weight.  I would like to say that everyone has to find what works for them.  However, I do take exception to someone telling me that my plan will not work.  I like Intermittent Fasting.  There are many ways to do this but my latest plan is to just eat one meal per day.

If you think that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you can let that be the one meal you eat for the day.  The main point is Intermittent Fasting does work.  You don't have to eat smaller meals all through out the day.  Find what works for you and go with it.
