Hello from Italy!
My name is Lara, I am mom of two little girls, Caterina, 3 years old, and Bianca, only 11 days old.
My last pregnancy was brilliant, since I gained only 6 kg (13 lb), and I kept myself motivated all the time in beign healthy. Now I weight exactly the same as before pregnancy, but I want to get even better and lose those 3-4 kg over my ideal weight.
That's the reason why I'm here. Plus I really love Chris&Heidi :)
