I know that snacking can be a huge issue so I am always looking for something satisfying and not FULL of calories to help get me through. 
My newest love- pistachios. They look weird but they are a nice nutty little snack with some umph as well as some protein, good fat, and salt and crunch to satisfy you. 
Get the ones that are still in the shell and you will eat less because you're working for it.
