I have been doing green smoothies now for about 3 weeks.  They are awesome, I am not dropping any weight but I have less cravings and most of all less headaches.  I still need help with them though some days they are harder to choke down than others.  Kale....ick I am not a fan, it's just so bitter but I have about 2 weeks worth of it so I better suck it up and make it work.  Today I used dark chocolate almond milk and it helped but I think the fruit I used counteracts the chocolate flavor of the milk and the vanilla flavor of the whey and its still BITTER.  What could I mix with Kale and still have something light and refreshing to sip on?
