My breakfast consisted of spinach, ground beef and pumpkin pancakes--the first two might seem weird but how many of you have had spinach with egg dishes or sausage with breakfast? It's really about the same--and exceptionally tasty with pumpkin pancakes made mainly from eggs and canned pumpkin.

I just purchased the Book Practical paleo and the recipes look wonderful. The pumpkin pancakes are the first recipe I've tried and they turned out delicious.
