found a salad dressing recipe that i love! it makes a chicken breast and salad meal super joyful! i will definitely be eating a lot more salad now because i actually enjoy it a lot with this dressing. another thing that i tried this week was to prep all my salad dressing on Sunday night instead of making it everyday. it saves some time and makes preparing a salad less dreadful. the only problem is that it has raw garlic and garlic breath kills! 

lesson learned: find something you love and incorporate it to your diet. it will feel a lot less like dieting!
