I am so excited to start this challenge. I have had a roller coaster of a weight loss journey. I always succeed with challenges. I like to push myself to my full capacity. I am so thankful to have seen this post on Instagram and joined this challenge! I am so excited to say that my Fiance and my mom are both doing the challenge as well!!! I know this is going to be a great month! Can't wait to see the changes!
