I didn't exercise yesterday - if you can even call it that since i haven't gone to sleep yet. It's actually 1:45ish am and I'm exhausted but continuing to feed into my addiction - not to food - to the weight loss transformations/stories/journeys etc on YouTube. All the time I've spent looking at vids I could've got in a good 30min walk.
Anyway...I'm coming to write that I didn't get a walk in today, but I did a good job of eating healthily. Meal prepping really makes a huge difference with sticking to healthy eating.
At some point I'm going to add sleep hours to my list of weekly goals, but for now...1 step at a time (or 3!) I'm sticking to food, exercise and water. Waking up early to get my walk in.
