Right after I committed to 2 games on Diet Bet, I started out the new year with a hot yoga class on 1 Jan!  Then I did 2 Seven Minute Workout Challenges (I'm starting out easy!) on 2 Jan followed by an hour long brisk walk on the 3rd!  On the 4th, I tried something new for the very first time - an hour long private boxing lesson!  It wasn't until during my boxing lesson that I realized how truly out of shape I am...  Not giving up, I had another hour long private boxing lesson on the 5th of January!  Ugh!  My goal is to do SOMETHING active everyday, even if it is just a walk.  I am so grateful to my sister-in-law for inviting me to Diet Bet, yoga, AND BOXING!!!  I'm betting on myself to lose 6 lbs in a month, and I am determined to do so!
