There are 33 days until the Spartan race. 33! Super exciting! My sister and her crew are worried about being prepped and all of that.

Now, in full discolosure, I'm tagging along with my 4 year old niece as she does the Spartan Jr Race. My role will be encouraging her to do the obstacles, while banking on the fact that she doesn't like to run. That means the 'run' parts may include walking.
