I've been focusing on getting my steps in, which for now it has meant a lot of walking. I'm hoping to lose a little bit more weight and get medical clearance to pick up the pace.

I want to start running again as soon as I can. So I'm putting positive energy out there and have created a game called Run Club. I hope to receive and offer support to others learning to run or wanting to improve their endurance or speed. I'm even giving away prizes!
