
Is hard at first but i know we have to stay consistance in what we are doing, and we have to be happy for our goals is for us.. my goal is to archieve get fat off my waist and love handles and have flat tummy.... i am will work hard for it... stay positive y'all just finished with my 25 minutes total body strength and the 20 inute fat burning dance cardio.. feeling hurt but i know is the best feeling.... drinking alot water...helps alot...
