12/29/2016- I started April 2015 and hired an online trainer to help me loose some weight and get healthier.  He was great and taught me a lot from exercise to counting my macros every day.  I only used his services for a couple of months due to my income change.  I thought I could keep it up myself and I did well for several months.  I then became over confident and saying to myself, "I can have that I am doing good".  well that lead to more and more of that and I started gaining the weight back as well as inches! :(  I am one that yo-yo's in weight and even my doctor said that and its not healthy.  I have decided that I need to make a lifestyle change and keep with it.  I can still have the same things that I like, only in moderation.  I also have realized that I have to continue to stay active to maintain my weight.  Getting older is harder to keep the weight off.  I am also fighting with BAD genes on both sides of my family and that does not help!  My goal is to stop eating out so much and cooking healthy meals at home!!  Now I am trying diet bet so that I can be held accountable.  we shall see how well I do!!
