Today was my first day back on the Insanity bandwagon. It was the Plyometric Cardio Circuit: IE my least favorite one. There is something about that second round where you do basketball jumps, level one drills, ski abs, and in and outs...that kills me. My upper body strength needs serious work. But I did it and I am proud of myself. I put my 'X' on the calendar and I'm ready for day two. Tomorrow will be better!
