This post is a reminder/ pep talk to myself and hopefully a help to someone else.  I'm finding it hard to get my work-outs in.  Between work and family, there aren't enough hours in the day.  I've dealt with this issue in the past but it's creeping up on me again.  Bottom line, I need to get up earlier!  When I train in the morning, I don't have to worry about fitting it in during the day.  I prefer to hit the gym at lunch but that has been backfiring on me.  Something always comes up.  Bottom line:  5 am, I'll see you tomorrow!
