
ha so it's about 27 hours before my weight loss challeng starts and I'm more pumped than ever lol.
Isn't that how it usually is? We start something and we are soooo pumped, but as we actually start that thing we kind of lose that excitment.
Not this time around. I went as far as getting a trainer . . . okay to be fair she is my friend and I am giving her advice for her free service.
But it is all the same, because I could have refrained all together from getting her help right?
The hardest part for me about making this commitment is that I am afraid of not being what I use to be.
Primarily because I really didn't have to "workout" in order to get the physique that I had before.
It mostly came from doing different sport. I ran Track, I wrestled, I did a little cross county, and I also played basketball in college.

You see, I was fineeeee, in shape, and felt great
I guess you can say that I didn't really appreciate it when I had it.
I got in shape by doing the things that I loved, so working out to achieve the same this time around will be a challenge.
But I'm up for it . . . join me and let's make it happen together!
