
Today I found a track on my last day in this city before I move house and I ran, when I ran today I really meant it. It has been about 2.5 months since my last run and I am going to make sure that I am going to do this more regularly to hit my goals.
I am unsure if it is my resovle to finally lose this weight or something else entirely but today I ran like I wanted to. Not because I had to. Thank you. Maybe this is the place that will help me lose this weight and get me back to running 10kms.
