So I started the 21 Day Fix.  So far so good.  Really looking forward to doing this Diet Bet.  This is my first time. I am hoping that this will help hold me accountable.

 

The eating plan is intimidating at first but a little bit of planning goes a really long way.  You can actually have quite a variety and you get to eat so much food!!!    Ive been having a little trouble getting all the containers in but I am trying.  

 

 

The workouts are awesome.  I love that they are only 30 minutes.   They are challenging but at least there is a modifier.   Shes awesome and I have followed her for each exercise.  When I do round 2 I hope to follow some of the other cast members.
