Let's see... After finally being told that I'm pre-diabetic and that I had reached my highest weight ever - I've been working on losing weight since Febuary 2015.  By cutting out the garbage and actually fueling my body with real, whole foods - I've been able to drop 26lbs all on my own!  I'm starting to see it a little in my face and I'm down a size in jeans.  That's pretty incredible since I haven't been in a smaller size in about 3 years. 

Finally have found the right motivation because I'm doing this for MYSELF and no one else.  It's time to be a little selfish!

I'm looking forward to seeing how this diet bet will motivate me!
