I completed over 10,000 steps yesterday. Thanks to my #FiTBit. It kept me motivated. I also managed to avoid rice, bread and other grains. I ate mostly egg whites, kale, spinach, avocado and two bananas. I don't know if I lost anything. I used the gym while on a layover in Reno. Their scale wasn't digital and kind of old, so I couldn't get an accurate reading. I'm working two flights today and going to Costa Rica. I'm going to try and squeeze in a work out when I get in. My water intake should be easy! I have to drink lots of water on the plane or I'll get bloated. I'm looking forward to starting this challenge. Bring it on!
