I have found I do not like to do exercise!  I am part of  a group now that is sponsored by two Beachbody Coaches and I do not mind those.  Actually I enjoy doing the squats and such.  What I do not care for the aerobic type exercises.  Is this because i am lazy?  Is it because I find them too hard and I am not able to do them as easily as I think I should.  I believe it is combination of both!  If I have a list of exercises of do say as in 10 rep of different squats, situps or such, I will do those.  Guess I need to kick myself in the rear and make me do the the other type also.  I know they are benifical and that they work.
