Brittany said in her post she'd like to hear someone else's stories too.  I enjoy hearing other people's stories, so I'll share some of my goals.

I had gestational diabetes with all 3 of my pregnancies.  For whatever reason after having my baby 4 months ago, I have indulged in sweets.  I have never really been a snacker or enjoyed eating after dinner (before bed).  I got into the habit of having a treat with Luke after dinner (after the kids are in bed so I could enjoy it in peace ;)).  So, my first goal was to stop the treats!  I will allow myself a treat here and there, but not nightly.  Also, I've chosen to cut out soda.  Maybe once a week or so as a treat, but not as regular as before.  So far, so good.  No sweets, no soda yet.  Well ok, creamer in my coffee.  That's my sweet treat.

I've also been eating much healthier.  No processed food (or at least very little) so far.  It feels good!

My water intake has been good.  I'm with Brittany that I am peeing so much!  At least today I finished earlier in the day, so hopefully I won't be up all night!

Tara, I'd love some tips on exercises that will help tighten this bouncy water bed belly that was home to my baby!
