Hello,

I've tried many times but always been sidetracked

but now i am determined to lose weight.

my current weight is 81kg and my plan is to lose weight before building muscle so my weight goal is 40kg.

I know i will look boney but after i lose all the fat i will concentrate on building muscle which gets me to my final goal which will be 50kg. 

For my meals i'm thinking of raw vegan mainly becasue i dont know how to cook. 

today is my decision date

tomorrow i will change my life slowly and add workouts to start off.
