i love the idea of excersisng 30 minutes a day!!!

but i am not always successful.... i do walk 2 miles every day, but squeeizng in an additioanl 30 minute workout is  a challenge.  I will schedule it @ 5:45 am, and make it work. If i don't get the work out done, then i will have to skip watching the k drama which starts @ 9:15 pm..... this is getting serious....
