I forgot to get my photo taken before my husband left for work today...will have to do that later. But, if my calculations are correct, this dietbet should take me all the way out of the 'overweight' category in my BMI...and only 6 pounds away from my 100 lbs lost goal! That is super motivating and exciting for me. I am really looking forward to being done with this leg of my health/fitness journey. 

Part of my goal for the next month is to use the tools that I have created to help me track my goals and my progress. I have a daily checklist of 10 activities to accomplish per day. For every activity I complete, I get 1.00 towards my goal, for a total of 10.00 a day. Over the next 50 days, I will be earning myself my first designer dress! (I have a beautiful Kate Spade all picked out and everything!)

One of my daily tasks is to journal every day. I need to track my food, my water, my exercise and my 'to do list' items. I will likely use a combination of this blog, and my facebook page to track everything (if you want to follow along, my fb page is Shame Free Wellness, where I will also be crafting my Strategic Life Plan.
