Something I've noticed about myself is I always tend to judge my worth based on what size I am.  When I'm fatter, I feel worthless.  When I'm skinnier, I feel more important and I feel good about myself.  When I look at other heavy people, I value them just as much as I would value a skinny person--so why do I treat myself as any less than anyone else?

We need to realize that our worth is not based on how much we weigh.  We are the same person whether we weigh more or weigh less.  I think the first step in weight loss is accepting and loving ourselves as we are.  We are able to love ourselves but still want to improve our lives.  It's hard sometimes but realizing we're beautiful as we are is important in moving forward.

Good luck with your goals everyone =]
