I just turned 29, and what the heck....where did this middle and love handles come from?  Literally, it wasn't there the day I turned 29....well, it probably was, I just wasn't as aware of it.  This challenge sounds so exciting to me!  My whole life, I've been very blessed to be on the thinner side.  Playing sports, and being a picky eater probably helped that as much as genes did, but now in my late 20s, I'm finding that even though I still play sports on a weekly basis, it's not the same.  There are no every day practices, weight lifting, and conditioning to keep my body in shape.  It seems that as time went on, I expected my body to remain the same, even though I was always snacking; love my soft drinks, and peanut M&M's.  I can't wait to learn more about healthy eating, and just how to take care of my aging body as a whole!
