I am excited to do the 30 day challenge with Miss Karina Smirnoff and the team. I recently had a big birthday where I turned 60. I am in the antiaging industry so I feel good, am healthy and have been told I look younger but the weight has been harder and harder to keep off. My mom had a heart attack when she was in her 60's and I don't want that to happen to me. So I am here to support all the team and hopefully get support from all of you and look forward to winning the pot in 30 days!
