No eating at night, and the next one is ... No fast food.

Both have become farily bad habits in the last year. Maybe this week, I'll be able to add a "positive" habit, though my first focus has been to stop these. 

I've been drinking lemon juice and water at night when I want to eat. As a result, I now wake up twice during the night to pee!!

Last night's weigh in had me 6 pounds lighter!!
