Alright, I'm at the 2 week mark. Actually, past that maybe! At any rate I'm almost halfway to the finish line and even further from where I should be in my weight loss. I need to buckle down and take this seriously. I need to cut out soda, entirely, still. And I need to bump up my work outs.
I could sit here and give you a list of 900 reasons as to how or why I talk myself out of these things but the reality is that I need to lose 50 lbs. That still wouldn't even get me into my healthy range but it's close to it, and it's where my body is comfortable. So that's my goal. Even shorter term than that though, is that I need to lose 6 pounds in the next 12 days! I NEED TO BUST MY BUTT!!!
NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!
