
In 2006/07 I gained a lot of weight and was at my highest at 250lbs. I was in a deep depression in my 20s after a sudden divorce and for many years I didn't take care of myself. I lost 70lbs and did this by eating lots of soups, smoothies and salads over many years. However, it was a slow process and I always would gain some weight back. In 2012 I found a weight loss program that worked even better then what I was doing in 2007 but the weight came back again. I made a promice to never be above 200lbs again and in the beginning of May I found myself at 207! I found that I am breaking my promice to myself. May I lost 7lbs and June I feel I can loose double that as in May I was not perfect with my eating habits. I will be getting exercize by walking a lot of dogs as I am a dog walker. Dogs will go on longer walks with me:) my goal is 14lbs in June. I thought we have until June 30th but now I see 28th. I feel this is achievable and I know I can do this. This is .5lbs in 28 days and I have achieved this once before. Looking forward to doing it again! Let the 28 day journey begin!
