I use to be heavily motivated about losing weight, getting fit, and staying healthy. I even acheieved losing over 100 pounds! But once I achieved my goal body I slowly went back to my old habits of over indulging and becoming lazy again.
Just last month I bought my first ever bikini and next month I'm going to the island of Crete for the week. I want to look good in the bikini, but also I think since my money is on the line (Im a poor college student) I think this will definitely motivate me this month to finally get off the couch, stop eating junk food, and get back to the body I had 1.5 years ago.

What made me achieved the weightloss I did have was not thinking of it as a diet or some temporary exercise program, but rather a lifestyle change.
Instead of juice or soda always drink water, find healthier subsitutions for foods I really enjoy. During the year and a half I got lazy and slowly broke away from my own philosphy, I gained about 40 pounds. In just a year and a half!
I'm proud I didn't gain all that weight back, but it's still shameful how I let myself get back to the old habits. But some habits from my "lifestyle change" philopshy really kept with me like always drinking water for instance. :)
This month will be the Kickstarters and next month I am going to start doing the transformer challenge.
