After a serious bout of procrastination I am finally getting my act together and the numbers on the scale are starting to drop.  True to form I have been using the stress in my life as an excuse to eat poorly.  I am using the Atkins induction phase to get caught up on my weight loss (I sure won't be able to do that on the next game!)and to break my sugar/carb habit.  In the past I have had some success eating according to a plan my doctor set up that is similiar to the Paleo diet.  I feel like I know how to lose weight - it is just a matter of sticking with a health plan.
