My dietbet technically starts tomorrow, but I weighed in yesterday, so it feels like today should have been the first day for me.
My oldest (11) left for his first Boy Scout Summer Camp this morning. My other son and I hung out with my dad, who took us to lunch. After a swim and some time in the sun, obviously we ate dinner. Neither of these meals were chosen with weight loss in mind. A milkshake wasn't such a great idea, either.
Feeling guilty because I started a bet and joined another because I need to change my life and my health. Now here I am in bed, munching while I watch a movie.
When is day one . . . and after day one, how often do you allow yourself to indulge in something that you want without feeling guilty?
