I am so thankful for this site and everyone in this community. A couple of weeks ago when I started the dietbet, I was told the amount of weight I needed to lose to win; I thought, that small amount of weight, is not going to do much for me. I was energized and determine the first few days then I would eat something that I shouldn't. I'll log on to this community and see how encouraging everyone was  and Laila would post a pic on FB and I would get right back on track. Though I would have liked to lose more weight for the first round, I'm still happy that I was able to get 9lbs of. Instead of being 44lbs over weight mow I have only 35lbs to go. I also learn to eat better and I've taken in lots more water on a daily basis. I also think twice about eating certain things, I also exercise at least 3/4times a week. Overall I feel better physical and I have more energy.
