So I thought I'd give something else a try... I'm not feeling the most motivational that I've ever felt in my life... pretty non existant really. Other than the fact that I'm feeling so uncomfortable in my clothes and I'm sick of the puffy face (not to mention everywhere else) I'm not really in the zone. So today I decided to do something impulsive and hopefully that will give me the kick start I need to start thinking about summer and actually losing a serious amount of weight. On a positive note... this morning i crossed something off my bucket list that has been there for more than 5 years. I successfully ran 10kms without stopping! My time was 1hr8mins so my next big goal is to get under an hour. And I think that losing the weight is really going to help me get there! Here's to improving my self confidence and taking control of something I am ultimately able to control!!
