I went kind of overboard last night at dinner, which made me realize how much I've really been eating. I started tracking yesterday, and went over my daily allowance of calories. Only by a couple hundred, but that's the point, isn't it? A couple of hundred calories really makes a difference. One choice here can mean success in the long run. Vinagrette instead of ranch, fruit instead of cookies, a bowl of salad before that piece of pizza so you don't eat two (or three!). That's what will help us all be winners!
