The First Steps

    Why are they always the hardest to make? Postponing, waiting for the perfect moment, planning around vacations and life in general. No more! Taking the time to journal this process and put my money where my mouth is, I plan to better my odds against diabetes, obesity, and gain energy along the way. I admit, this is not a first attempt at weight loss, more like an on-going epic battle. So...in these first few days, I commit to being patient, drinking water, and checking in with an honest attitude. I joined dietbet after eating more than a healthy serving of chips, a major food weakness.
